Looks like this place has really jumped the shark... everywhere you look are buttons masked as usefull that just link to the damn subscription page. What is this, 1998? Back then this kind of back-handed "advertising" was all over the net, thankfully it seems to have been all but purged. So why is DA, once a safe haven, now riddled with ruses and traps to get visitor's money?

And another pest that seems to have gotten out of control : watermarking and ridiculous scaremongering with regards to people "stealing" your work. If you're that scared that somebody is going to see, like and download your work, then why on earth did you decide to upload it? If it's just to share with friends there's better ways.

And the colour scheme is still off .

The good part is that the site now has plenty of neat bits of javascript for snappy interactivity, I do like that.
